At SIR of Sweden, we strive for the perfect fit and offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your garment does not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it for a different size or style.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Garments

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
